Walk the Walk is a service I would like to offer. Outdoor coaching walks on the beach or in your favoured place. I feel lucky to have great surrounding and live by the coast and has helped me massively become who I am over the past couple of years to develop myself further.
Walk the Walk, Talk the Talk is new concept in talking therapy-Coaching specially created for professional men over 30. Put simply it brings your challenges into a fresh new outdoor environment, combining physical activity with guided coaching.
Following an initial phone chat where we work out how and if I can support you, we’ll arrange to meet. Depending on your challenge, I’ll have chosen an appropriate walk to help you. You may find yourself heading down to the promenade to absorb the sounds and smells of the powerful North Sea. You might see places of local interest, listening to the influence of our fore-fathers. Whatever the challenge, we’ll walk the walk and talk the talk.
Sessions last 1 hour and confidentiality will of course be a core part of your therapy. Walk the Walk, Talk the Talk sessions can be booked easily online, removing the chance of you being overheard on the phone at work, home or wherever your issue lies.
